Collection: 1850s Fabric Design

In the 1850s, early Victorian cotton dresses were often made of printed cotton fabric with floral patterns. The dresses usually consisted of a bodice and separate skirt.

I have recreated several designs from the 1850s and these are printed on fine cotton mul mul.

The order quantity is 12 meters; 10 meters for the petticoat and 2 meters for the blouse. The fabric is printed lengthwise so that the 20 meters long edge of the fabric can be easily used as a hem for the petticoat.
The blouse has different kind of design that can be used around the neck or for the arms.
